We ship to Europe, the UK, the US, Canada and Mexico. Standard and express options are available at checkout.
How long are shipping times?
- EU: 5–7 working days
- UK, Switzerland & Norway: 5–10 working days
- US, Canada & Mexico: 5–15 working days
Express options are available for all destinations. An estimated delivery date is shown at checkout — delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing.
How much does shipping cost?
- Germany: free on orders over €100, otherwise €5.99
- Rest of EU: free on orders over €100, otherwise €12.99
- UK, Switzerland & Norway: free on orders over €100, otherwise €12.99
- US & Canada: free on orders over €100, otherwise €30
- Mexico: €25 (small packages) or €50 (larger items) — currently shipped via express only, as standard delivery times would otherwise be very long
Express shipping is available for all destinations.
Duties and import taxes may apply outside the EU and are the customer's responsibility, shown at checkout where applicable.
Can I return my order?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
- Returns within the EU are free of charge.
- Outside the EU, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
